Return Policy

Because many of our items are customized and made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Approved customizations (including spelling, dates, and design selections) are final and are not eligible for return or exchange due to customer error. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
